Due to covid-19 pandemic and high demand some products may be unavailable from time to time. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-to-48 hours. 

Backordered items are subjected to availability per the manufacturer, and vendors, eta is not guaranteed and subjected to change anytime without notice. ships via USPS, UPS or FedEx to meet our customer shipping needs. 


Orders which contain hazmat items or oversized items or orders with total weight over 70 lbs. and up to 108º in length, and 108º plus girth are shipped freight.

Orders that are placed through our website are delivered within 3-to-7 ( Mon – FRI) business days within the continental united states. (Shipping carriers are expecting longer delivery time due to covid-19 pandemic).


Note: USPS normally takes 2-3 ( MON-FRI) business days to update the online tracking. We do not ship on Sundays and Federal Holidays. If you order over the weekend your order will be shipped following week.  


Orders returned to by the shipping carrier as incomplete, no address found, recipient moved, undeliverable address or insufficient address remark, customers will be charged additional fee to reship. Customer is responsible to provide the correct shipping address.

We offer free shipping on all orders in USA . Customer can choose shipping carrier to their preference (USPS or UPS). 



Order statuses let you know how far along the order is, starting with “pending payment” and ending with “delivered.” The following order statuses are used:


  • Pending payment — order received, no payment initiated. Awaiting payment (unpaid).
  • Failed — payment failed or was declined (unpaid).
  • Processing — payment received (paid). Order is awaiting fulfillment.
  • Completed — order fulfilled – shipping tracking # notification sent to customer.
  • On hold — credit card/PayPal authorized – order is awaiting fulfillment.
  • Canceled — order canceled by sales rep or the customer. No further action required.
  • Refunded — order refunded by sales rep – no further action required.
  • Authentication required — awaiting action by the customer to authenticate the transaction and/or complete SCA requirements.
  • Delivered — order delivered to billing/ship to address. Status updated via shipping carrier.
