Order Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy
Our order cancellation eligibility is 1 hour from the time of purchase. Once the order is processed the credit card processing fee of 4% + $.50 credit card is not refundable as convenient fees is collected by the credit card processor.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Healthcare, food, gift cards, personal electronics, and used items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt or proof of purchase. You can find all the order details on order email which was sent to you after the order confirmation. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless claiming warranty.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- All EUA authorized COVID-19 products are non-returnable and not refundable with no exceptions unless damaged* in transit; product is recalled for manufacturer performance issues; or deemed defective by the manufacturer. Buyer should beware that EUA authorized products could be revoked by FDA and removed from authorization list. Products that are revoked are non- returnable and non- refundable.
- Jarasim.com will not be refund or re-ship the items/order if wrong shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Customer is fully responsible for providing correct shipping address at the time of checkout.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Cancelled orders within 1 hour of purchase are refunded immediately or within 24 hours. Some credit cards may take 3-to-7 business days for the transactions to be reversed. Open or used items are not refundable, unless damaged or lost in transit. Credit card processing fee for 4% and $.50 cents is also not refundable, shipping charges are also not refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- All EUA authorized COVID-19 products are non-returnable with no exceptions unless damaged* in transit; product is recalled for manufacturer performance issues; or deemed defective by the manufacturer. Buyer should beware that EUA authorized products could be revoked by FDA and removed from authorization list. Products that are revoked are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If the carrier tracking details shows order delivered to the address provided at the time of checkout, Jarasim.com will not be responsible for your lost item. Please claim your insurance directly with the shipping carrier you choose at the time of checkout.
Late or missing refunds
- In most cases payment reversal takes about 3-10 business days.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Please note we only process payment for order which is already shipped. If your order is on-hold and you cancelled the order while on-hold you are not charged at this point and your preauthorization will be reversed per order cancellation in most cases this reversal is instant.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace or refund for defective or damaged items.
Gifts Cards or Tickets
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All unused and factory sealed items are returnable and should be in a re-saleable condition. Opened or used items are not refundable. Computers and electronic products may be subjected to manufacturer return policy and may be charged a 15% restocking fee. Virtual and software subscription products are not returnable or refundable, however, you can cancel the next renewal.
Order cancellation requests must be sent within one hour of order. Once the order is shipped or delivered is not eligible for cancellation, you will have to ship the items as in original condition and request refund.
