What is available on backorder?

Your order is packed and shipped to the shipping address provided. You should receive an automated email with your order complete status and order tracking number. When will I get my refund?

Refunds on cancelled status will be reversed immediately, if not please allow 24 hours. Refunds on returned items will be credited to your payment method within 5 - 7 business days for credit card refunds and credits.

What if my order is lost during shipment?

We would suggest you to contact our sales and change the standard shipping to Direct signature required shipping option. This service is offered by major shipping carrier's including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. There will be extra charge of $5.00 for this service.
