It can also be eaten as a meal for lunch or dinner. This Nishiki rice is created with Musenmai milling technology. This technology helps ensure that the rice is made with the highest quality. This rice is also suitable for those on a Kosher diet. Making the rice is simple, just add water.

Ingredients: Milled Rice



Instructions: Hob – From Ambient – 1-1/2 cups – rice. 2 cups – water. Cooking Directions. All Purpose Rice (Excellent for Sushi). Combine 1-1/2 cups Nishiki® Rice and 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Removed from heat. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 4 cups cooked rice or 6 (2/3 cups) servings. Note: If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 – 1/2 cups rice and 2 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer.
