Once your order is received, our team immediately starts the fulfillment process. Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST are processed and shipped the same day to ensure the quickest delivery possible. For orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, fulfillment will begin on the next business day. We prioritize efficiency and accuracy to make sure your order is handled promptly and delivered on time.

Return Policy

At Jarasim.com, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the following return policy:

Eligible Returns:

• All unused and factory-sealed items are returnable and must be in a resalable condition. These items can be returned within 15 days of purchase.
• Some products are eligible for return and a full refund up to 28 days after purchase. Please check the product details for specific return eligibility.
• Opened or used items are not refundable.
• Defective or damaged products can be returned. Customers must contact Jarasim.com by email within 7 days of delivery to process return shipments and refunds.

Specific Item Policies:

• Computers and Electronic Products: These items may be subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and may incur a 15% restocking fee.
• Virtual and Software Subscription Products: These items are not returnable or refundable. However, you can cancel the next renewal to avoid future charges.
