Ingredients: WATER, BROWN RICE, FLAXSEED, RED QUINOA, SUNFLOWER OIL, CHIA SEED, SEA SALT, SUNFLOWER LECITHIN (EMULSIFIER).

 

Directions:

Instructions: MICROWAVE: 1. Remove film completely from cup. 2. Place cup in microwave. 3. Heat on HIGH for 1 minute. Heating time for 2 cups is 1-1/2 minutes. CAUTION: Cup & steam will be extremely hot. Do not place hand over top of cup when removing. 4. Stir & serve immediately. Microwave ovens and cooking times may vary. Cover and refrigerate unused portion after opening. STOVE: 1. Remove film from cup. Empty contents into small skillet or saucepan and break up any clumps. 2. Add 1 tablespoon water (or broth, juice) and heat on low for 1-2 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

 

Safe Handling Instructions: Microwave ovens vary so cooking time might be different. Cover and refrigerate unused portion after opening.
