The 27UL500-W 27″ 16:9 4K HDR FreeSync IPS Monitor from LG is built with an IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel, which provides you with wide viewing angles and vivid colors. Furthermore, it comes color-calibrated from the factory to ensure colors are accurate. Specs-wise, it has a 3840 x 2160 4K UHD resolution, a 1000:1 static contrast ratio, a 300 cd/m² brightness rating, and support for up to 1.07 billion colors. Thanks to AMD Radeon FreeSync technology, which helps to reduce screen tearing, stuttering, and ghosting, you’ll be able to enjoy a fluid gaming experience. Connect it to your system via HDMI or DisplayPort and tilt it to your viewing preference. You can also install an optional VESA-compatible mount, stand, or arm if needed.

What is available on backorder?
Allowing an item to be backordered means the shopper can buy the item now and receive it at a future date. When an order contains a backordered item, it can't be packed and shipped immediately given the lack of physical inventory at the time. **Backordered item pricing can change without notice and subjected to order cancellation.
How long is backorder?
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to restock the item. Due to Covid-19 pandemic there will be longer waiting and ETAs as the products needs to be restocked from the product manufacturer or authorized distributors. Order will be cancelled if not fulfilled within 7 business days and authorization on your payment method is reversed. You may have to reorder.
Why is my order cancelled?
Due to Covid-19 pandemic product availability/stock is frequently changing and there is no guarantee the item you order is available in stock at that time due to the time order going out of stock and being updated on our website. Please contact us at info@jarasim.com to confirm the product availability prior to placing the order. Your order may also get cancelled due to not passing payment gateway security check.

Why my order is on hold status?
Your payment method was authorized, not charged and awaiting order stock confirmation. Funds not deducted from your payment method.
What is processing status?
Your order confirmed in stock or being shipped to our warehouse or directly being shipped from our distributor to the shipping address provided. Your payment is captured and funds deducted from your payment method.
What is completed status?
Your order is packed and shipped to the shipping address provided. You should receive an automated email with your order complete status and order tracking number. Please check the tracking status on the carrier website using the tracking number provided to check the current location of your package.

Your order was delivered to the shipping address provided.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds on cancelled status will be reversed immediately, if not please allow 24 hours. Refunds on returned items will be credited to your payment method within 5 - 7 business days for credit card refunds and credits.
What if my order is lost during shipment?
We would suggest you to contact our sales and change the standard shipping to Direct signature required shipping option. This service is offered by major shipping carrier's including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. There will be extra charge of $5.00 for this service.

What is a pre-authorization charge for an online order?
