Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Setup and experience:

• Setup is easy—bring AirTag close to your device and pair by tapping Connect, just like AirPods

• If you’ve left something farther behind, put your AirTag in Lost Mode, and if it’s detected by a device in the Find My network, you’ll get a notification on your iPhone or iPad and be able to see its location
• You can enter a phone number so someone who finds your AirTag will know how to reach you

Find My:

• The Find My network is made up of hundreds of millions of Apple devices that help you find your AirTag and other Apple devices, even when they’re offline
