What is available on backorder?
Allowing an item to be backordered means the shopper can buy the item now and receive it at a future date. How long is backorder?

Due to Covid-19 pandemic there will be longer waiting and ETAs as the products needs to be restocked from the product manufacturer or authorized distributors. Order will be cancelled if not fulfilled within 7 business days and authorization on your payment method is reversed. You may have to reorder.
Why is my order cancelled?
Due to Covid-19 pandemic product availability/stock is frequently changing and there is no guarantee the item you order is available in stock at that time due to the time order going out of stock and being updated on our website. Please contact us at info@jarasim.com to confirm the product availability prior to placing the order. Your order may also get cancelled due to not passing payment gateway security check.

Your payment method was authorized, not charged and awaiting order stock confirmation. Funds not deducted from your payment method.
What is processing status?
Your order confirmed in stock or being shipped to our warehouse or directly being shipped from our distributor to the shipping address provided. Your payment is captured and funds deducted from your payment method.
What is completed status?
Your order is packed and shipped to the shipping address provided. You should receive an automated email with your order complete status and order tracking number. Please check the tracking status on the carrier website using the tracking number provided to check the current location of your package.

Your order was delivered to the shipping address provided.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds on cancelled status will be reversed immediately, if not please allow 24 hours. Refunds on returned items will be credited to your payment method within 5 - 7 business days for credit card refunds and credits.
What if my order is lost during shipment?
We would suggest you to contact our sales and change the standard shipping to Direct signature required shipping option. This service is offered by major shipping carrier's including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. There will be extra charge of $5.00 for this service.

What is a pre-authorization charge for an online order?
When you place an order, Jarasim.com contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the entire transaction processes or the authorization expires (normally expires after 7 days), but this isn't an actual charge.
Your credit card will be charged once the item has shipped or in process of being shipped. When more than one item is purchased on your order, Jarasim.com will charge your card for each item or shipment total. The authorization will be removed from your account according to the policies of your bank. To remove an authorization, contact your bank to clarify how long they hold authorizations for online orders.
